Scintillonics

What is it with that name?

It's derived from the word scintillate (the leading "sc" is pronounced as in "science") which means to sparkle or throw off sparks.

So the idea is that if you want your web site or e-learning project to really shine, you need to use me for your development.

My name is Jim Mattingly. I've successfully worked for some big and not so big companies doing e-learning, multimedia, web development, and software simulations.

I have 10+ years of experience with the following programs:

• Flash 8 (ActionScript 2)
• Dreamweaver 8
• Fireworks 8
• Photoshop/Illustrator
• Premier Pro
• ProTools LE
• Sound Forge

I've also done several PHP/MySQL application development projects including a couple of basic learning management systems, an evaluation system, and some Flash based on-line testing systems. I like integrating PHP/MySQL and XML with Flash.

I'm very focused and have a background working for enterprise-level software companies, so I'm good at hitting project benchmarks and finding creative ways to solve problems without a lot of hand holding.
